We often hear that third sector organisations are not well placed to deliver large scale contracts. However, in 2008, East Tenders members had a collective turnover of £45 million and over 23,000 people in East London accessed training, employment and skills services at over 75 local training venues where 92% of learners enrolling on a Level 2 course achieved their qualification.
